Silly this, but cannot parse.

55ac, 'Dora and Maud each do show great kindness', (4,1,5,2,4), ?A?E ? H?A?T ?F ?O?D. 'Have a heart of gold', presumably, but what is the construction?

Show great kindness=Have a heart of gold

dORa and mAUd each do= The heart of the names are OR and AU= both GOLD

The words Dora and Maud have "a heart of gold" as they have Or and Au at their centres or hearts. Or is a name for gold in heraldry and Au is its chemical symbol.
