Hi Torvic - yes `cheers` is an all-purpose word now, often used for` goodbye` too!
I found the x-word rather easy today. mags.

Yes it is easier this week, I particularly liked 3d.

Although it was generally easy (I had to Google 8ac, who I had never heard of), I thought it was particularly entertaining!

We seem to have more than one thread for this weeks Xword. As per my usual standards I seem to be stuck on the bottom left hand corner ie 17D, 18D and 21A. The latter being Turn back musical top. (9) So far I have ?????I?I?. I am also unable to understand the Godfather clue having put the name of a South American animal.

I expect you are all watching the rugby so I will not await by the computer for a prompt reply..
