Stuck on last two :

10D - A throat problem briefly grips a theologian (7)
A?O?N??
&
22A - Catch spots from someone speaking (5)
(??I?E)

NB I have assumed that 14A is TOUREG as any other spelling doesn't really parse properly.

Believer,

Thanks very much, but TUAREG really is most unsatisfactory, not that that is your fault, obviously.

Where is the throat problem?

Thanks.

I'd heard of QUINSY, but had failed to associate it with throats.

Another one for S. Blaise?
