Collins Online Dictionary by Bear of lb

Much to my surprise I've just finished the Times Jumbo 1080 (Cryptic)
BUT
does anyone know why the Collins service is inaccessible?

Collins seems ok - Chambers Word Wizard is or was down earlier.
