I`ve decided `lockout` means drop the `L` and add another letter.
Good idea Torvic- I wanted to use that writer !

Agree that lock in 15a is seal which goes round half a minute.
Thanks for explaining misprint in 19d - was hung up on that. All done now.

Yes - finally came to the conclusion it ended in `L` not `R`.
