The traps are the sort used to catch fish (reversed) and little is a 3 letter synonym often used by Scots. The definition HONEY is here used as a verb.

15 Pagri, scarf (par = start, g= start of 'gale' +i =one)
27 Assures, promises (ass urges, take out the 'g' ). I think 'ideas' was superfluous.
33. Is a thematic answer - have you got the theme itself?
