1a Roger somebody or other to discuss this country? ?G?N?A.
Must be Uganda, but I can't see why.

Old Private Eye euphemism - "discussing Uganda" meant having sexual relations. I can't remember which pair first used the term as an excuse.

Long standing joke in PE is "discussing Uganda" used for having sex., thus "roger".

Journalist (Mary Kenny?( and a pre Amin minister if I recall correctly, had an energetic and horizontal "discussion about Uganda" a party. Based on her reply when asked where she had been.
