Good morning everyone.

I guess 18 d ("Constant interference" (6)) is "STATIC" and 14 ac ("Dispose of a semi - crescent stinks!" (7,6)) is "SCIENCE MASTER", but I have trouble understanding the logic behind those two clues. Can anyone explain, please?

SCIENCE MASTER is an anagram of 'a semi-crescent'. The definition is 'stinks' - old nickname for science teachers, and anagram is clued by 'Dispose of'.

I knew science master was an anagram, but didn't know it was a nickname.

As for "static", I didn't know it could be used to define interference.

Thanks to all of you.
