I'm stuck too, but mainly on top right!
14 is a type of accommodation, starting with a word that could mean "rubbish"
23 sounds like a girls name (and biblical book), but spelled differently

Thanks Chrise, that was just the clue I needed I was mistakenly concentrating on muck rather than the word which also means "stacked beds" and this led to the other clue wife of a member of "New Tricks" if you need any clues to this crossword I will assist all I can. Thanks

Thanks for pointer for 14d. Was stuck on the wrong kind of rubbish.
1d is a word for something inside the body made from a 3 letter word for study around 2 letters for "see" as in "behold"
