A nice puzzle this week. Just one to get.
Seaman's burden capsizing old sailing boat (4)
?OHO
I've been through the dictionary and the best I can come up with is COHO, a type of salmon, as a seaman's burden, but don't know how the rest of it works, if at all.
Thank you.

yoho, o(ld)+hoy reversed

burden = "The part of a song repeated at the end of every stanza, a refrain", yoho = "formerly, a sailors' chant while hauling on ropes".

I also have one to get if anyone can help please:
27d Enclosure within European Parliament set up a bit informally. It starts off as an 8 letter word and loses a 3 letter word (I think this 3 letter word is tup) to become a 5 letter word PEN?E
possibilities are penne, pence, penie but I can't parse any of them??

TUPPENCE = a bit, informally

ENC in EP + PUT (set), both reversed,

TUP + P(ENC)E
