18 Patient = case/a hospital case. It's 'patent', open, with an 'I'/one.

3 A. Prison Camp. (It has 'primp' and 'son' and 'c' and 'a' in it.)

1 A. Crib - lift/copy, also slang term for house/urban dwelling.

4 Rid- free. It's 'ride' = travel, drop the 'e' (passes on entry to Eurostar/ie first letter).
