Can anyone help me with the last two?

21a Heat from stove, right to the back (5)

18d Is a herb seen over area that's as big as this? (7)

(Eurasia fits but if so, why?)

21 take a word for a type of stove and move the first letter to the end. "Heat" refers to a type of mood.

a is a rue backwards (not a great clue really)

Three letter French word for street is a herb - work from there.
