I see the Daily Telegraph online puzzles are back up today after an absence of over two months, but has anyone else had the same trouble as me?

I was sent a new password but whatever I do I am told that my subscription has expired, and yet they took a new annual subscription from me (£35.88) on 2 Jan this year.

It seems they have trouble getting their website to work but no trouble taking money. Anyone thinking of subscribing to the Daily Telegraph - beware!

Thanks, I've tried both of those. I got fed up waiting on the phone and an automated email reply said they were very busy and it would be a while befoe they could reply. I just wondered whether anyone else was having problems.
