Evening all,

What's the general take on this clue as I feel in this example of a letter change, any of the two could be right.
Here it is, let me know your thoughts before I send it off.

27a) Frank is skilful getting small change (9) I - G - N - O - S

Frank = Ingenuous
Skilful = Ingenious

I was gonna go with 'Ingenuous' but after looking at it a few times, I can now see that 'Ingenious' would also fit the grammar?????

I would go with 'ingenuous' as I was taught that the definition should be at the beginning or end of the clue.
