I'm stumped on this very last clue:
"Touching the Void finally tested late actor (4)"

One of the words beginning with 'T' is redundant and I have the letters R * E *.

Any help much appreciated.

Leave out "tested".

"Touching", then last letters of "the Void"

I didn't think of using the final letters of BOTH 'the' and 'Void'. Much obliged!
