35d. Far from ephemeral desire's admitted after all (4-7) - LONG LASTING (Far from ephemeral) I can see 'Desire' = LONG and LAST IN for 'After all' but I'm left with a 'G' so I've gone wrong somewhere..

DESIRE = LONGING
