Once you set a question you are out till everyone has had a go! Or an OPEN is declared

According to the rules (devised by Rambler), once you have solved a clue, you remain out until a clue has been declared OPEN. Everyone can join back in then.

btw as far as I'm concerned, anyone can have a go (but that probably breaks one of those rules I can never remember)......................

Rambler reckoned it gave more people a chance to solve a clue. However it works better when more are participating.
