Just three I can't be sure of....

I have: P?E?N?N?L?Y It must be PREGNANTLY but why?
19d Slam poor service of a dubious nature (3,3)
I have: L?T/?L? If it is LET FLY- why?
21d Without it, start of revue is rather near the knuckle (6)
I have: R?S?U?. It must be be RISQUE but I can't quite see why again
