I've just had time to watch the prize, aristo - thanks. Do you know, it occurred to me to try to work "Falling Water" into my clue, but I thought it might be too obscure!

Hasn't it needed some major repair work on its cantilevers fairly recently?

Well done Ixion!

Thanks for setting Aristo - and a great clip - sublime development in your "fall" theme

Yes, chrise. Like so many other pieces of work of 1930s vintage it's experienced sagging. :) I believe they had to prop up the cantilevered balconies here and there with columns, but there's been a major renovation since then. Wright's buildings are prone to structural damage and are notoriously leaky; they're nonetheless (almost invariably) magical.
