Not that it matters, but there's no indicator for reversal of Space (I don't think around will do), so I think it's actually Space as an anagram around noon - anag indicator is 'up'.

Ah, my fault, a thousand apologies. Up can be an anag indicator but I stupidly read the clue as an across.
