Hi Smudgy'

I'm good and I wish your daughter a happy 22nd birthday. My son is now 32 and I can remember the day (actually 11.05 at night!) when he made his grand entrance into the world. My wife and I often wonder where the years have gone for it seems just like yesterday that I was towing him around on a sledge in the snow and helping him to build a snowman. He's now a chartered chemical engineer working in Perth, Australia and my wife and I are jetting out to visit him for 6 weeks in March/April next year.

I forgot to add....I was a 'modern' dad back then and a dab hand at changing his triangular trousers....both the front-loading single safety pin version and the side to side double pin variation :o)
