I've missed the Xmas prize crosswords in the Independent & Guardian in recent years. They always used to appear in the Xmas Eve issues but not recently! Can someone plese tell me when they're likely to be printed this year so I can make sure I don't miss them again?

The Guardian double Christmas puzzle last year (the last one from Araucaria) appeared in the Saturday issue, so I expect it'll be there on the 21st this year.

Thanks for that. I wondered if it must be the weekend previous to Christmas. I'll order it from my newsagent tomorrow.
