Yes prompt indeed, i am out for most of the day, so i thought i would do early rather than not at all.

I'm fine mate, finished decorating so I have a day to catch up with necessary evils that I've neglected such as going to the supermarket, laundry etc. I'll probably adopt a "carrot or carrot" approach with the completion of each task being rewarded with beer.
Likewise, I trust you're fighting fit and calamity free.

I have looked at your clues, but I'll have to wait for ginge's answers - no ideas myself (well, one or two, but I can't work them through).
