A lot easier this week, although I'm not certain of 23 & 24a

Hello Oldyalan. I haven`t got 23, but I think 24 is a word for `fed up ` (as a parrot!) with `n` inserted. That`s if I`m right! Mags.

I've put ROCKY for 6dn (Off-centre, like certain gardens), but it seems to be stalling me in the NE corner. Could someone tell me if it is right or wrong, please?

I`ve been puzzling over 24 ac all day ! Also 21 d - I know it starts with d. Duty or perhaps debt - but can`t
see the connection with Thailand (or Siam). Any help appreciated ! mags.
