Good evening jolan
So sorry not to have taken part today, but problems here at home had my attention. The plumber finally fixed the central heating at 4.45 p.m. and I am now relaxing at last. I had a quick look but could not solve any I'm sad to say. I look forward to seeing the solutions later. x

OK, then I'll have a go:
2. clinch (2 meanings)
3. ill-gotten (anag. of "long title" indicated by "at will" or however you want to translate the Italian).
Sorry I didn't find enough time to stick at the others.

Wasn't sure about "up" in 2, but see trevor thought the same.
