15 - Deuteranope is someone suffering from a colour blindness problem. It's an anagram of 'one reputed' + an 'a' (I think!).

I don't think 'accustomise' is correct - the fifth letter is an 'l' .

Acculturate ? being ULT (ultimate) within ACCURATE (Right)
