A bit behind this week. Got nearly all grid done but feel I am missing something with unclued entries. 14 n24 obviously right but struggling with others. Have spotted the quotation and the item plus instruction.

You need to replace the unexpected item in the grid with what it was sitting on.

Yep. I got that as only real words available. It's the 8 unclueds I'm struggling with

ALES, BUTTER, COFFEE, MEAL, NAAN, SALT, SUET, TART, TEA, WATER
