I hope we have, in that I posted a modified version of the first post in another thread which has taken account of the preferences in this one and is currently fighting for the top slot! I must admit to a couple of grammatical in it but I will post an updated version tomorrow. I must say that it already seems to be working, with a little persistence who knows what might happen. If we can just leave this thread and mamya's one to die naturally then there will only be one on the first page and no confusion.
