Hi everybody. I struggled all day yesterday and now need someone to put me out of my misery. 5d - I had `depart` until I found that wretched dog! So now I`m stuck on 5d and 8ac. Help please !

... anagram of "lagoon" is in the middle

I had got trigger happy with my pen and had put Orang-gtan. How I missed that I had done that I don't know!
