Thanks to everybody for taking part.

The inspiration for the word to clue comes from the tag “poet and tragedian”. i.e. William McGonagall. I was thinking of making of a poetry reading for the prize but not surprisingly the offerings on You Tube have very few takers.

Just for fun my own entry was “Oldham player?”

But for a nice reading and a reference to the ancient Greek the winner is Aristo with post 16
