16 down village near Ennerdale Water
(9) C - O - S - A - E

9 Croasdale ?

25ac Dovedale?

Croasdale is definitely correct thank you but I wasn`t certain about Dovedale as I felt the N was definitely right. I have just spent ages on the floor with an OS map and come up with WOUNDALE. I had never heard of it before but it`s definitely there.
