I fear I may have gone wrong here as there are only a few words that have this letter pattern and I can't see any that make sense. Solution and parsing appreciated....

One supplying broadband in measured quantity - put in order (7) - D?S?O?E

Looks fine, dispose, ISP within dose.

One supplying broadband is ISP (I think it stands for Internet Service Provider) and a measured quantity is a DOSE

One inside t'other gives DISPOSE = put in order
