Before tackling my remaining unclued answers, I need a final clued one, which I can't make sense of at all!

I only have ????T for sure, but I suspect the second letter is A.

Have either of you completed this puzzle? I am still struggling with two of the 'lights', which must be conductors. I have ?R?CT at 28a, and S?IG?A at 25a. Any ideas?
