Finished in half the usual time, but longer than ChrisE's 10 mins! Yes, I agree with spelling error in 5d. Word should be "dilapidated", but as it's used solely as an anagram indicator, it makes no difference to the answer. Off to get a late lunch

14d anagram: "organ isnt" = tightly controlled.
