I'm also stuck on these two. Several people have suggested WINDSCALE for 56 but I can't see how they get to that conclusion.

Could it be a flute's scale? I've also got Windscale but no idea why. Also need
No. 2 "limit of the lower leg" (8) (shin, calf, ankle, knee ?)
No 32 "Legislation for a Spring "boxer" (7)
No 59 "this valley couldn't be much further away from the South West" (9)
Can anyone help identify these UK place names, please?

I guess Windscale is A-D is a musical scale, and the wind represents the wind section of the orchestra? A bit iffy, indicated by perhaps?

rinkleez like you I had Windscale but it doesn't appear in my book of maps & if googled it says it is Sellafield, so it really is a mystery as is number 2. for 59 I have Glendevon ?
