Feel very low today. Could do with your contact. Not sure what happened in night but bright yellow leaked from wound. I felt wet & thought it was blood. Nurse coming later. It's started to rain & really gloomy here. Hammering continuing from walk in shower being installed. I've started Xword but not got very far! Oh for some sunshine!

I've not been on the forum until now.
The yellow fluid is just the body's normal way of healing the wound so I do not think it is anything to be concerned about. The nurse should reassure you of this. Take care. £g

Nurse has been & changed dressings & my clothes as it's still leaking!
I've nearly finished small Xword! This rain is so dismal!

So sorry you are not feeling too chipper, and of course the weather wouldn't help. I'm sure Jazzgirl is right and it's natures way of healing the wound, not thats any comfort to you I know.
We have had a week of cloudy showery weather here on the Algarve but hopefully we have seen the back of it for a while. If one more person tells me that the gardens need the rain I swear I'll scream.
