98. Please could anyone hint for no 98 Some stray to the garden area. I have an answer but am really not sure. Thanks

Re 98 I have an answer beginning with P which relates to the Garden of Eden/Shangri-La but not sure if it is right.

98. If your P word answers fits all aspects of the clue, then it is right. If it doesn't, then it's wrong.

That's logical Lady Bee but ............. Who knows!

hairemail, Don't understand what you mean by garden of eden/Shangri-La. clue is a straight forward cryptic leading to a word defined as "formal garden constructed on a level surface"

Obviously the answer I got isn't correct but then it is better to put something than nothing at all. When I got the results of the last quiz a couple of the answers I changed mine to from hints were incorrect so maybe I should have stayed with my first answer! Anyway it doesn't really matter as it is only a bit of fun trying to keep the old grey matter active. Definitely not changing any more so will see you all next time round. Thanks again for help.

I think it must begin with a P but getting nowhere.

The answer begins with S. Head refers to Head of a school - try Nicholas Nickleby.

Thanks Winnie. I did think of that answer but that leaves me with 51 Qs and only 49 Ps. And I can't see which other Q is wrong. Back to the sleepless nights.

Hi Betty, don't be too dismayed.Might I suggest you go back item 216 on this thread and forwards from there.
Haeremai18, janet17 and myself did alot of work on working out where I had gone wrong when I had 51 P's and 49 Q's.
