71 begins with p if that's any help. I have put the word for colin in between ss and the only anagram I can find is pasquils which I can't find as a game anywhere.

Felicity. What is French for 14? That I think is the answer. Re. No 87 think of a game played on cruise ships beginning with Q and add another S in the middle.
Re no 71 still no idea. Thought the errant knight (or knight errant as was previously told to reverse these two words) was Don Quixote but obviously not the answer if you say it begins with a P. Help again please?????

Yes I had the french for 14 but could not get the 4 kings reference but since then I have found it. I think people have said that young man is lad. Put that in a rather extreme word for distress and you are there. 87 is presumably an anagram of ss and the bird for colin. Therefore I cannot see where the well known deck game comes in? What has that got to do with a colin?

No 87 is an anagram of SS and look up a different word for cushat which is another word for a wood pigeon beginning with Q. Hope that makes sense. Still can't work out no. 71 despite all your clues. Does the word for distress begin with a P? Apart from actually telling me the answer I don't know how else I can work it out?!
