Was it in the Cryptic or Times2 straight clues? Can you remember if the clue mentions water?

Sorry guys, I should have said that the word I'm looking for only formed part of the answer and I think came from the word 'Hospital' in the clue, (For example, had it been 'Spa' then maybe the answer could be 'Spandex')
