The're both correct. 'Setters' is 'settlers' with the 'l' removed.
Can't remember the exact wording of the other one, but it's 'dry' round 'e'/English and 'ss'/ship.

Yes to both emf:

Settlers with l taken out leaving setters that he, the setter, belongs to.

Dressy...dry = no water, e for english and ss for ship.
