Need the wordplay for these clues:-

Flat possibly that's affected - UNNATURAL (Affected)

Old police withdrew hardly any restriction of movement - CURFEW (Restriction of movement)

2nd is RUC (Royal Ulster Constabulary ) back, then not many (or whatever) for a few
The other may be a musical reference = NATURAL as opposed to sharp or FLAT
