i need real help trying to solve this crossword from work. i would really love to win and hope you can help.
i'll list the clues can anyone solve them they are all customer service related.
1. 3 letters - assistance or support for others
2. 9 letters - action that produces the desired result for customers
3. 4 letters - be concerned for the customer (poss u as 2nd letter)
4. 11 letters - exchange information (poss 2nd letter is o)
5. 5 letters - a customer who needs immediate action wont like this (poss 2nd letter is e)
6. 7 letters - the standard of service our customers expect (the 2nd letter of this one is the 5th letter of number 4 above)
7. 7 letters - to meet customer needs or wants (the 4th letter of this is the 7th letter of number 4 above)
8. 6 letters - disregard a customer deliberately (poss IGNORE?)
