Apart from walnuts (rubbish crop this year - last year we had buckets full) she puts in scottish oats, coconut, almond flakes, sultanas, maple syrup, honey and sunflower oil..this then gets roasted in the oven - delicious !
I've solved number 2. Don't think I'm going to equal or better last week's four answers. Maybe I should have had more for breakfast than a bowl of porridge.
