58 anagram of first 2 words with one letter removed, first letter of 7th word added then read rest of clue and it becomes obvious

58 I just used anagram of 'mum fine' and 'the flu'. Should do it. 72 anagram of police l for trainee and last letter of cadets. Still looking for 31, 32, 33,44,50,62,78,79,82,88,96 and 98 and then I can relax.

31 anagram of limb / the. - a protective covering 98 name of a composer bot spelt incorrectly also another word for name

"Hah har Jim Lard! Ta'bloons! Pieces of eight! Sparnish treasure..." The answer is a character in the same same book/film suggested by these words {not the person who spoke the words). When you have found this fictional character google him to find his historical counterpart and the relation with the rest of the clue.
