Crikey! Hardest one for ages. I thought I'd never even start at one point. Eventually struggled to completion but now my brain hurts. I coudn't give up though as we owls have a reputation to uphold for wisdom. Indeed I suspect that the brilliant Jazzgirl must be part owl!

The toughesst yet.! Glad you completed yours before giving up.! I'm still struggling with top right hand corner! I THINK I'm getting there but PLEASE help this old lady out and give me the answer to 8a and 5d..! 11a seems a bit obscure,don't know whether I'm right there or not...! Yes, it was a toughie this week.
8a is Girandole (anag. of reloading) I looked in Google for some images as I'd not heard of it before.
5d likelihood = odds
11a A very large type of bed !!
It's raining here. At least I won't have to water the garden.

Isn't it funny, I found this week's ok, but have struggled with the last 2 or 3 weeks. Vive la difference!
