8d Bear's fish found on open country (6)
20d Roger removed from annual dinner in style (3)?AY [presumably WAY(style) but can't piece together the rest of the clue]
11a Pellet Asian dish (6) ?ILULA
19a Jests about male with neat house (7)CHE??DS
26a 11 returning that local Mongolian tent - Everest's initiation? (7)ONO??ER

Please note : With the final across clues, the letters I gave are for the grid entry, which is indicated by the wordplay, but is an anagram of the definition.
For the first two down clues, an adjective is required to make a two-word phrase, which is most likely a nationality (eg ENGLISH Mustard).
Many thanks in advance, and explanations please (I've been on this for two weeks!).

As none of the clever people on this forum(except Jolan!) can solve these clues they must be absolute stinkers.
I would love to know what the correct answers are when they are published.
Thanks R

I don't know if I've got the gist of how they're meant to be entered, but a Mongolian tent is a 'Yurt' or a 'Ger'

Thanks, they were very tough clues - I was still not completely without doubt even when I saw the published answers, so thanks for helping me to understand. It must have been very hard to construct, but I thought it was well worth the effort.
