22A We hear it's one topping home for a Viscount (6) H?N?A? does look like HITMAN but I have 23D as NOLDE for the artist NE round OLD.

Any ideas?

22 is Hangar - sounds like hanger (one topping). Viscount in this case was an aircraft

hangar - viscount is the plane - sounds like hanger - top oneself
