I put nightjars

I am sorry, Julie Aberdeen-I didn't read your post properly and now I've spoiled it- mea culpa.

Damn, i had nightcaps penciled in, nightjars makes much more sense.

ps,i think you are ok Rambler, Julie seemed to want the answer but without Les knowing.

Yes. I've just had another look, and agree that nightjars looks more accurate. I couldn't find anything which supported nightcaps.

Most grateful to Pipesmoker, Rambler and also to Trevor (for sussing out that I wanted to keep it from Les!) I thought I might just need one confirmed word to open up the bottom half...and beat Les at his own wonderful game. He's got me beat time wise. I'm off to do a recce for the real Ramblers

Actually, Julie,Aberdeen I am a real Rambler and lead walks for my local group. Tomorrow my lady wife and I are walking on our own and we'll do about ten miles.
