Left hand grid, bottom left hand side.

17d...I think its TALLYHO but can't really see how it fits in with the clue.

15d... I am almost certain its ISOLATED, as the last 3 words in the clue are "on its own"

24a...I really don't have a clue apart from having TEA to start the word.

Last one, 16d. I did have FOOTBALL but now I'm not so sure. SOOTHING would suit the general tone of the clue but not sure where "this round object" comes into it.

Weekend puzzels building up now, so I'm keen to get this one out of the way !

Thanks sudokulover. Can you explain SOOTHING ? I know its "ANODYNE" but where does "round object" fit in.

Also, THIRTY ? T would be the drink I suppose but I'm lost after that.

Thanks
