No errors in the puzzle (for a wonder), but too many obscure proper nouns (e.g. 12a, 6d, 20d) for my taste.

I agree with Helveticus, and I found it all (including the theme) a bit humdrum anyway!

I'm with Buzzy here, enjoyed it and well constructed IMO

A worthy celebration of a milestone. A few obscure proper nouns simply the price for a grid fill with so many self imposed constraints which I thought impressive.
